Qualifications and Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty or cosmetology certifications are a plus.
· Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.
· In-depth knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
· Ability to provide personalized recommendations and adapt to various customer needs.
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
