JOB SUMMARY We are currently looking for a reactive support technician to take care of Point Of Sales, Accounting Software, Payroll software, and also POS related field. This is highly technical person if you take charge of POS field, however, if you take charge of Accounting software field, basic accounting knowledge will add advantage. YOU ARE REQUIRE TO: Provide a high quality support service to client and internal business team. Record customer support case into CRM system. Provide onsite service to various clients to perform onsite installation and training. Monitoring client service contract status, before contract expiry via email inform client for renewal. Carry out product support and training (software and hardware) Providing best practice recommendations and assisting with resolutions of technical issues. Provide onsite support, training, after sales services, and deliver hardware to clients whenever necessary, REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): ACCOUNT, SOFTWARE, COMPUTER, POS SYSTEM, HARDWARE Preferably Non-Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Required Skill(s): negotiation, problem solving, decision making, communication. Familiar with Windows software such as System Backup, teamviewer, Microsft Office. preferably for applicant who have basic technical skill such as PC diagonising. Able to handle stress, if necessary, willing to standby
