Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the grading system operation of QQ members, through Hierarchical and hierarchical operation of users, increase the scale of users at each level, mainly responsible for improving the retention of low-level users, the growth of middle-level users, etc., to tap the core needs of users at all levels to complete the business goals of members
2. Responsible for QQ The refined operation of member users, aiming at the operation strategy of the output system such as new user retention and return, continuously implements the management of the entire life cycle of users through marketing activities, product payment strategies, and high-value user payment drivers, and improves the user market3. Responsible for gaining insight into the needs of different users through data mining analysis, expanding cooperation opportunities with potential users, and being able to coordinate the resources of all parties to promote the project to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, have more than 3 years of product operation experience, have a deep understanding of the monthly subscription business model, have more mature experience in marketing, and plan activities to convert user payments
Qualifications
Good at statistics and tracking data, with high data sensitivity, able to mine demand based on monthly subscription user behavior, and output operational strategies for newly added retention and reflow
