About the role:
Providing strong leadership and direction for our Taiwan Account Management business with focus on Industry field.
Leading, directing and growing a large business as part of the Taiwan Account Management Leadership Team
Building on Jones Lang LaSalle’s dominant brand and market leading position in the industry
What this job involves:
New Business Development
New business generation for industrial accounts
Focus and expand our existing Industrial/ Pharmaceutical /Taiwan Corporate and Investor Business Sector
Identify new product and cross selling opportunities and work with manager and other business lines to convert
Financial Management
Responsibility for the delegated account’s P&L, budgeting and forecasting
Account Management
Manage the account transition
Develop a business delivery plan for delegated accounts
Ensure day to day management support to the local account teams
Maintain and enhance Client satisfaction
Functional Management
Matrix management of all functional team, Engineering and Operation, Finance, HR, SCMP, Transition
Operations Management
Develop and implement a mechanism to drive business improvement initiatives and innovations across accounts
Ensure consistency in process and procedures across accounts
Support and participate in the implementation of Engineering & Operations Services programs
Client Value
Develop strong relationships with key personnel in the Client’s organisation
Demonstrate to Client – Work Dynamics’s value engineering and global best practises
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Extensive experience in facilities management / project management / administration management / and general management
Experience in industrial, data center, or semi-conduct manufacturing field is preferred.
Strong leadership with proven business acumen and experience of successfully managing an international business.
Relevant Facilities / Property/Real Estate qualification
Strong people management, diversity management and cultural relationship skills to attract and develop professional staff in line with the growth of the business
