At iCodde, We are looking for a SAP and Application Specialist to be part of a large luxury brand company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer queries and resolve issues with client applications, and escalate or close tickets as necessary.
- Train users on applications and document creation related to them.
- Participate in the research and system application needs to visualize any problems for users applications.
- Involve in modifying current software and correcting errors which may then help in adapting new hardware and interfaces.
- Propose plan changes in the existing system and suggest the installation of the new system.
- Interact with customers or clients about project status and solve their technical issues
- Prepare and maintain reports for each and every project handled
- Making use of scientific analysis and mathematical models to design and develop various system designs
- Maintain knowledge on all technologies, architectures tools which provide application-based solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments and perform assessment and execution of applications.
- Monitor all applications its execution and sustain full proof processes in lines of business needs.
