Job summary
Our client, an international company specializing in apparel manufacturing, is hiring a potential candidate for Head of QA
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures: be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to ensure that products and processes meet the required standards
- Monitoring and analyzing quality data: collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements particularly in relation to consumption and utilization
- Conducting audits of internal and external processes (sub-contractor) and supplier quality to ensure that quality standards are met
- Training and managing quality control personnel to ensure that quality standards are maintained – incl. developing in-line quality control
- Managing quality-related complaints from customers, investigating the root cause of the problem, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA).
Experience requirements
- 5+ years working experience as QA/QC Manager in garment manufacturing company;
- Familiar with EUR quality standards and testing certification;
- Experience in setting up quality management procedure is preferable;
- Good command in English communication and written skills;
- Knowledge of quality control principles and techniques, as well as regulatory requirements and standards;
- Strong communication and leadership skills, as the role involves managing a team and communicating with other departments;
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and identify trends;
- IPW experience, or other QM systems;
- Working hour: Mon to Sat morning.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management or related field
